Welcome to am99.pro. The am99 platform is operated by a company licensed and registered under the relevant jurisdiction. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and am99 ("Company", "us").

Account Eligibility & Registration

Any account found to have registered using false information to circumvent age checks will be terminated immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one am99 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitute a serious violation and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances forfeited without compensation.

2.3 Registration Information

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. am99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (identity card, passport, or relevant documents) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or termination.

  • Exact date of birth
  • A valid and active email address
  • A reachable Malaysian mobile number
  • A payment method registered in your own name

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

3.1 Deposit Policy

Am99 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including online bank transfer (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and other methods listed on the platform. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your am99 account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account level. am99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Deposits exceeding the set limits will be automatically returned to the original payment method.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may be made once all of the following conditions are met: KYC verification is fully completed, wagering requirements for any active bonus have been fulfilled, and there are no ongoing fraud investigations on your account.

Am99 aims to process all withdrawals within 24 business hours. However, the actual timeframe depends on the chosen withdrawal method and the receiving bank's policies. am99 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties including banks or payment processors.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As a platform compliant with anti-money laundering guidelines, am99 enforces a strict KYC process. You may be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain limits:

Reminder: The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method used. am99 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts that are not in the registered member's name.

Account Termination & Suspension

7.1 Termination by Member

You may close your am99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before the termination is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to all conditions being met and no outstanding issues remaining.

7.2 Termination by am99

Am99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account with or without prior notice if:

  • There is a breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Registration information provided was found to be false or misleading
  • There is fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation
  • Account used by an underage individual
  • Multiple accounts are registered under the same name or device
  • Required by a regulatory authority or governing body

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

However, am99 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or temporary downtime. am99 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, technical delays, or system errors beyond our control.

In all circumstances, am99's liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. am99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses.
